Two aviators, two cockpits, one journey - an inspiring story of achieving dreams in the face of obstacles. Hear husband and wife team, Craig and Mandy Hickson, join forces to chart their experience as aviators in the military and beyond. A follow-up to Mandy’s popular previous talk, ’An Officer, Not A Gentleman’ – Mandy, a frontline pioneer female RAF Fast Jet Pilot, and Craig, a Royal Navy Helicopter Pilot, will cover key themes of resilience, teamwork and breaking barriers.
Join Mandy and Craig in the Museum to find out about decision-making under pressure, leadership, resilience and the humour needed to reach beyond the skies. You will be able to buy a copy of their new book, 'An Officer And Her Gentleman' on the night, and get it signed.
