About the event
Picnics in the Park in Andover are taking place on Wednesday 2, 9, 16 and 23 August between 11am to 2pm, families can pack up a picnic and head to the Town Mills Riverside Park to enjoy activities each week.
Every Wednesday there will be a different nature trail to take part in as well as a selection of garden games.
**Plese note due to the forecast, the nature trail and games will move to the Chantry Centre on Wednesday 2nd August**
There will also be some special craft sessions available on the 16 and 23 August, where children can have fun at creative craft workshops and take their creations home with them.
On the 16 and 23 there will also be the chance to get close to nature and explore the River Anton, by taking part in some activities provided by The Anton River Conservation Association (TARCA), including making bug houses and seed bombs.
