Unleash your creativity at Sir Harold Hillier Gardens' Pumpkin Carving workshops, where you can transform pumpkins into grinning jack-o'-lanterns. For those who prefer a less messy endeavour, the Wicked Fun in the Woods – Family Bushcraft session offers a chance to create pumpkin soup and wand making around an open fire in the woods. There is also a pumpkin spotter challenge throughout the gardens.


Halloween Quests and Ghostly Encounters


If you dare, follow the Funnybones-inspired adventure trail in your skeleton mask and venture into the depths of Mottisfont Abbey, where ghostly tales and eerie encounters await. On Halloween meet the Mini Adventure volunteers and get started gathering natural found objects to make a magic wand or potion.


Spook-tacular Fun at Paultons Park


Paultons Park, home to Peppa Pig World, transforms into a Halloween wonderland during half term. With pumpkins, ghostly scenes, and spooky meet-and-greets create a thrilling atmosphere. Take a wander through the majestic secret fairy garden decorated with webs and pumpkins. Don't miss the Legend of Paultons Manor show an all singing and dancing extravaganza and the Little Monsters Ball at the show stage.

Join the Hawk Conservancy Trust for a unique Halloween experience with their Owl-O-Ween event. Discover the fascinating world of owls, learn about their nocturnal habits, and witness their silent flight during a spooky twilight walk.

Take flight from the creatures of the night


Meet the critter clan amazing creatures from around the world and take part in fun craft activities with a creatures of the night theme. Watch out for the spooky cobwebs on the spider trail all at The Army Flying Museum.


Hunt the pumpkins


A naughty witch has hidden her pumpkins around the Andover Museum and Museum of the Iron Age. Hunt for the pumpkins to win a prize, do not worry she will not turn you into a frog – or will she?


Spooky Halloween make and take


Drop in for a spooky make and take craft sessions at the Whitchurch Silk Mill make an owl or spider, weave a pumpkin basket.


Creepy craft activities amongst the spell books


Float down to Andover and Romsey Library to take part in creepy crafts activities this half term.
