At 108 Bakery in Romsey you can improve your baking skills by joining in one of their workshops. Try your hand at sourdough making where you’ll learn the skills needed to confidently bake your own bread. Or perhaps try a Viennoiserie workshop to learn how to make croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries and cruffins. Seasonal cooking demonstrations are also on offer, using the best of local produce. Find out more.

He will take you on a guided walk which identifies edible plants and herbs and provide you with a real eye opener to seasonal edible and medicinal plants that can be easily discovered. The Black Chalk Estate lies on the banks of the River Test in Hampshire, making it a beautiful location to visit and taste some of England’s finest wines. They offer vineyard tours with the resident expert. You will then be treated to a relaxed tasting of our current range of wines in The Tasting Room.
